Undrowned in Practice is an online practice space for beings who want to practice the possibilities of the book Undrowned in depth and in community. We start with the founding concept "the scale of breathing."  The space will open with a live writing workshop facilitated by APG (viewable anytime if you miss it the first time) and continue with a series of embodied and reflective online activities exploring the scale of breathing, that you can do anytime.  You will have the option to share reflections and see the reflections of other participants inside the practice space.
