It has been a year (and many years) of crisis, loss, triggering violence nearly daily on the news and necessary self-critique and growth, and covering our faces to protect ourselves and each other. But I love your face. This writing workshop, a gift to myself as I prepare for my birthday month is an opportunity to lavish ourselves with the love and acceptance that we deserve at every age, by focusing in particular on the love and acceptance that our wise child selves are asking for. Come to the workshop with a journal and a cherished picture of yourself as a child or baby if possible. If not, it's still all good.
