It is now seven years since Alexis began sharing the Black Feminist Breathing Meditation Chorus. It's been more than one year since we began chanting together here online. There are now over ONE THOUSAND of us in this meditation chorus and bit-by-bit we want to chant together with all of you, LIVE & DIRECT!

Join us November 6th and 7th in Durham, NC where we will host a 2-day Black Feminist Breathing Retreat. Get here how you can safely, coordinate your accommodations and then join us for two days of practice including writing reflections, live music and more! For this first round we will host 20 folks spaciously OUTDOORS during the day on our loveland - Mobile Homecoming @ Soul Sanctuary. If you are already part of the chorus, you can go ahead and sign up now!

If you have not already done the Black Feminist Breathing Chorus online sign up for the online practice here and be sure to practice the meditations before November.*

Only folks who have done the BFB chorus/course can participate in the in person retreat.

Note:

This retreat is for folks who have done the Black Feminist Breathing Meditation practice and completed the "course" before the retreat in November.

The Oracle Deck, a select number of the collages and other Black Feminist Breathing tools will be available for purchase in-person at the retreat.

Registration includes full tuition for the retreat and does NOT include housing.

One-on-One Session

You can add a one-on-one session with Alexis or Sangodare or both of us on the Friday before the retreat Nov 5th). You will see this option in the checkout area for this retreat. If you sign up for a one-on-one session you are also invited to a special pre-retreat dinner also on Friday.

Customized Session Friday Afternoon

Your session can relate to whatever is up for you - a project, a challenge, a heart's desire.

Pre-Retreat Dinner Friday Evening

All of those who get a custom session will also be invited to a special pre-retreat catered dinner the night before the Retreat begins.
